Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we do offer a return option under specific conditions:
Defective Products
In the rare occurrence that your product is not functioning as described due to a manufacturer defect, we are responsible for replacing your product or reimbursing an equal monetary credit for the defective item(s) in the instance that you notify our customer care team within 14 days of physical product receipt. Unopened Products Only
We only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. If the product seal has been broken or tampered with, we cannot accept the return.
Restocking Fee
For eligible returns, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item(s).
Return Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You will be provided with further instructions on how to return the order.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and successfully verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee. Please allow up to, but not limited to, 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Company retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. Company also reserves the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason. While
nord genetics© stands behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund or the initation of a return, as Cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
Once our customer care team receives an inquiry, a determination will be made within 5 business days, maybe longer depending on the inquiry, to complete the request.
All returns could be subject to a restocking fee and could be denied a refund for the associated shipping cost.
All purchases that fall outside the Return Policy are
final and non-refundable.
